Proper Technology for the Proper Education

About Ray

Hi, my name is Ray Ebersole. Please use the Contact Form below to get in touch with me.

This blogs topic ranges from ramblings about technology and education to anything educational I see while walking the hallways and rooms as a tech support person in a School District. How both intertwine, or just a rambling on either topic that affect our lives. I also write on the human condition, current events and personal development.

I work for an for a School District as a Zone floater technology support professional. In the 2007/08 school year I’ve was voted by my peers the “Classified Employee of the Year.” I’ve been working with computers since the late 1970’s when I was using the East Carolina Main Frame on a time share writing programs on punch cards. My first home computer was a Tandy Color Computer or CoCo for short. I graduated to a TRS80 (Trash 80), and a Tandy 1000. At this point I started building my own computers when the 386 chip came out. I also started working for a company that built computers for home use. As time wore on I learned how to program computers, fix them and make them do whatever I wanted them to.
